Purpose

• The technical writer will maintain a sufficient level of product and project documentation in order to raise knowledge of the products towards customer as well as for internal purpose.
• The documentation is covering a technical perspective of the products within the company and will range from low operational to end user level.
• Contents of the job
• You are experienced in delivering technical documentation concerning products within the telecommunication business including technical descriptions, instructions and specification on system level.
• You are expected to be a good communicator and will collect material from primarily developers, QA and operations personnel to produce technical documentation in
• Wiki/Confluence format and using Google Docs and MS Office suite.
• You should also strive to improve the communication within the organization to spread thewritten word and make sure the right person gets the right information during review and delivery process.
• You are service minded to support teams in the organization while creating internal documentation with creative ideas and review of documents.
• You must be driven, efficient and flexible to be able to deliver documentation in sufficient quality, reaching set time lines.
• You will be part of planning and structuring the documentation to ease up the internal sharing of information and coming up with improvements to add quality to the written documentation.
• You are expected to be able to constantly strive to improve what we do and how we work by being open for and actively welcoming improvements for effective work.
• Foreign travel to some extent can be necessary

• Strong interpersonal skills with excellent verbal and written communication in English
• Works independently as well as able to work in a team environment
• Experience working in a structured documentation environment within an agile software development environment to meet software application development documentation
• Adequate education (Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science or engineering) or collected necessary technical skills by work experiences
• Experienced technical writer of minimum five years
• Adaptability to address multiple levels of technical knowledge
• Highly proficient in MS Office suite and Google apps
• Basic knowledge in command line tool to use test system
• Accustomed to short deadlines
