Saad Ahsan Immigration Law Firm is looking for an experienced professional & well-spoken Customer Relation Officer (Male). Candidate should possess excellent communication skills (Oral & Written), be an active listener with a pleasant & audible telephonic voice. He must be fluent in English language in order to provide quality customer service. Candidate should be comfortable to work in the night shift.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responding promptly to customers on Company's live chat, calls & on social media
- Analyze & filter the customer information & forward the customer query to the relevant sales consultant
- Engage in active listening with callers, confirming or clarifying information and diffusing angry clients as needed
- Ability to multi task, prioritize & manage time effectively
Key Requirements:

Education: Minimum Bachelor's from a well reputed Institute

Skills: Strong Communication (Oral & Written), Time management, Multitasking, Fluent in English Language & Excellent customer service
