| Job Description: |
- The customer relationship executive will follow up on every issue and ensure complete satisfaction and maximum utilization of the services sold to the customer.
- Work quickly to address and resolve customer issues
- Maintain complete and accurate customer correspondence data
- Develop and update client-related reports
- Create and enforce plans that will help meet the needs of clients.
- Build long-term relationships with suppliers and clients.
- Work quickly to address and resolve clients/customer's issues.
- Keep proper documentation of assigned tasks.
- Works with Customer relationship team to resolve client issues.
- Work as a team player and help to smooth process.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Rs20,000.00 - Rs25,000.00 per month |
