Position: Product Manager - Digital Lending

Qualification: Minimum Bachelor’s degree in relevant discipline

Experience: Minimum 5+ years of experience in digital product management preferably in the digital lending domain.

Responsibility:

• Product Manager for Digital lending will be the person at the forefront of developing and managing digital lending product portfolio for customers and merchants.
• The Product Manager for digital lending will manage and grow existing lending products while working on to develop and execute the product strategy roadmap for the lending domain.
• You will be working with multiple internal and external stakeholders to manage & grow the product proposition, develop best in class lending product iterations and improve customer experience on the App, USSD and call center.
•  Develop and execute the product roadmap.
• Grow products that have been rolled out.
• Listen to the customer and improve customer experience across all touchpoints.
• Ensure efficiency in product operations.
•  Ensure timely reporting of product KPIs.
• Work with internal and external partners.
• The role reports directly to the Head of Wealth Management and has 03 people reporting directly into it with an extended team of 10 team members.

Requirements:

•  Knowledge of how lending works from a financial and non-financial perspective.
•   Excellent communication and people skills -- must work well with users at all levels, including C-Level executive.
•  In-depth knowledge of respective product category.
• Organization experience and experience managing multiple ongoing projects.
• Advanced analytical skills, be solution driven and result oriented.
