- Windows File Server configuration & management
- Active directory configuration & management
- Veeam configuration & set up backup and replication Jobs
- VMware Esxi Configuration and management
- Firewall PF-Sense configuration and management
- Unifi Wireless Network
- Cpanel management
- CCTV Cameras management & maintainance
- Responding in the timely manner to service issue and request
- Providing technical support across the company (This may be in person of over the phone)
