| Job Description: |
- Organize routine servicing schedules and allocate work to maintenance team
- Maintain and update the Group Electrical Engineering Management Plans and systems to be compliant with legislation and Group expectations providing recommendations for continuous improvement
- Experience in Fitting and installing of new parts and responding immediately to equipment breakdowns
- Experience in Thermoforming, Plastic Injection and powder Coating, refrigerated equipment Manufacturing and all types of control systems is essential
- Preventive and Routine Maintenance
- Manage projects and ensure that they are completed as per the project plan and within cost constraints
- Provide input on the design, specification and procurement of plant and equipment
- Energy Saving and Productivity initiatives
- Staff management and Reporting, Liason with associated government agencies
- Provide technical expertise and leadership across the group and actively participate in Group and site continuous improvement projects
- PLC Operated equipment, operations and their maintenance
- Well acquainted with Quality Management Systems, Documentation, record keeping and Industrial safety practices
- Preferably worked in refrigerated equipment manufacturing operations
- Should have good understanding of Health, safety and environmental standards and practices.
