Job Description: |
The candidate will be responsible for overall administrative activities such as security, housekeeping, disciplinary issues and general maintenance etc, well versed with labors laws and dealing with Govt. agencies.
- Good knowledge of Admin functions and Security issues.
- Well analysis and supervision skills.
- Excellent communication and report writing skills
- Computer (Ms Office) rcommand.
- Coordinate and direct administration team to ensure employee facilitation at its best
- Handle administration staff and monitor their performance on regular basis
- Ensure pool car and company owned vehicles management and availability of required transport
- Devise and execute security plans to ensure security of the premises is not compromised at any time
- Develop and maintain networks with external vendors and supplier.
- Maintain adequate stocks of required resources within the financial budget allocated to the departmenT.
- Verify bills according to the company policies before their processing
- Ensure timely repair and maintenance of premises
- Develop and implement housekeeping systems and procedures
- Assist procurement department in selecting vendors for items related to housekeeping
- Administer contracts service providers and monitor compliance with agreements
- Manager overall external administrative affairs of the company
