| Job Description: |
- Take the lead role in the planning, designing, and operation of the Company’s IT infrastructure and system security-related activities.
- Build, manage, and troubleshoot multiple networking issues.
- Responsible for management, maintenance, and architecture of storage, virtualized environment, servers, network devices, and productivity tools.
- Maintain and monitor overall network, security and computer systems to meet the organization's current and future requirements.
- Test all changes to networks, hardware, software, and hosted applications. Resolve issues and prepare status reviews and reports.
- Develop and maintain network-related standards, policies, and procedures.
- Maintain the necessary project plans and documentation of all systems and modifications. Professionally represent the infrastructure team as a technical consultant on projects.
- Conduct periodic security reviews of network and portals.
- Monitor systems and identify performance issues proactively.
- Verify daily backups of critical systems and data.
- Plan, design, implement, and continuously improve disaster recovery procedures for the Company and domain services.
- Lead team for providing round the clock coverage for networking and backup support as well as off-hour support during maintenance periods.
- Conduct ongoing network technology assessments, research new products, and features, and develop cost-effective recommendations and plans for optimizing the network environment.
- Maintain a good working knowledge of current infrastructure and future trends.
- Monitor service delivery compliance with budget, quality standards, users and business stakeholders requirements.
