Job Description
Planning digital marketing campaigns, including web, SEO/SEM, email, social media, images, tools, and content and display advertising
Oversee management of all digital channels (including updates, design, and user experience)
Look after social media presence across all channels
Develop a website traffic plan and create goals to meet
Optimize website and social media channels for SEO as well as usability
Create, maintain, and implement digital marketing and editorial calendars
Maintain effective, cohesive, and engaging brand messaging
Update and manage company blog, e-newsletter, and social media (including regular posts, news, job listings, etc.)
Management of analytical tools such as Google Analytics and Webmaster Tools
Measure and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns
Partner with advertising and media specialists to increase marketing results
Develop and oversee A/B testing protocols and procedures
Manage all online activity in relation to traffic acquisition, sales, conversion and a/b testing and reporting
Develop and implement ecommerce strategy in order to improve website performance
Work with developers to improve website speed
Work with the marketing team or manage digital marketers in order to improve quality and traffic acquisition
Research market in order to discover new trends and technologies in order to improve website performance
Analyse various data in order to deliver data driven strategies in order to deliver top performance and achieve KPI's
Oversee or directly manage digital marketing channels across PPC, SEO, Display, affiliates and email marketing and social media
Report on performance
