The debt collector will report to the floor supervisor and the collections manager
Job Overview:
Cedar Financial is looking to hire debt collection representatives who are willing to work in night shifts and to be a liaison between us and our consumer. The successful candidate will be able to accept ownership for effectively solving Disputes, complaints and inquiries, keeping consumer and client satisfaction at the core of every decision and behavior.
Responsibilities
• Managing a large amount of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
• Communicating with our consumers in effective ways
• Negotiating easy terms for payments of Debts
• Solving consumer’s problems by giving them easy solutions for payments
• Identifying consumer’s needs, clarify information, research every issue and providing solutions
• Build sustainable relationships and engage consumers by taking the extra mile
Requirements
• Previous experience in a customer support role
• Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
• High School degree or higher
• Long term commitment
• Willingness to work in the nights
• Good at handling the pressure
• Positive and energetic attitude
