- Ensure attendance In/Out of all Sales Representative at workplace as per company’s decided time
- Conduct Morning & Evening sessions with Sales Representatives to meet daily targets and plans for betterment.
- Prepare plan to meet monthly targets and communicate down the line for its execution.
- Keep in touch with Sales Representatives while duty timings to know actual day progress.
- Build strong relationship with customers which are available in decided territory.
