Job Description: |
- Greet and welcome guests when visit office.
- Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office.
- Handle all incoming calls (customer, clients and venders).
- Answer questions and address complaints.
- Answer all incoming calls and redirect them or keep messages.
- Punch accurate order in software.
- Document all call information according to standard operating procedures.
- Handle customer complaints respectfully and professionally.
- Ensure front desk area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms and brochures).
- Responding efficiently and accurately to callers, explaining possible solutions, and ensuring that customer feel supported and valued.
- Engaging in active listening with callers, confirming or clarifying information and diffusing angry clients, as needed.
- Follow all communication procedures, policies, and guidelines during every customer interaction.
- Utilizing software, databases, scripts, and tools appropriately.
- Receive, sort, distribute and send daily mail/curious.
- Keep updated calls and visitors records and files.
