Order Taking through WhatsApp + Facebook Chat:
- Chat on Facebook and WhatsApp with customers to give them complete product information
- Share different product pictures with the customer as per their demand
- Note down itemised customer orders
- Forward customer orders to the dispatch team
- Prompt handling of all customer queries
- Be courteous and detail oriented in giving all product options to customers
Requirements:
- Good written and verbal communication
- Strong in using mobile phone and desktop computer
- Good typing speed on mobile phone and computer
- Strong decision-making and problem solving skills
