| Job Description: |
- Provides leadership and participates in the development and delivery of client solutions by estimating, planning, designing, implementing and testing custom software applications build on latest technologies.
- Understands, analyses and documents client technical enviroments and business requirements.
- Provides technocal leadership in technologies that support our primary project types through mentoring, educating, supporting projects and supporting business developemnt activities for that technology.
- Makes every effort possible to execute and to complete assigned projects within the constraints of time, scope and budget for the project.
- Determines technology choices and ensures proper software engineering practices are in place for projects.
- Perform tehcnology/tool evalutations and software tehnical proof of concepts.
- Conducts IT and industry research to assist delivery management with assessing trends, opportunities and threats.
- Provide technical guidance in software design and developement activities to team and other stakeholders.
- Assist in maintenaces and upgrades of existing software applications.
- Participate in design reviews and recommend improvements.
- Provide support in all phases of SDLC and ensure to deliver high-quality products.
- Analyse and troubleshoot application issues in a timely fashion.
- Develop most effective technical solutions to meet business requriement.
- Work with other Engineers in planning, prioritizing and executing assigned tasks within deadlines.
- Recommend new technologies to ensure quality and productivity.
- Assist in technical audits and make sure to implement audit recommendations.
