Manager Software Engineering At Burak

we are looking for Manager Software Engineering with strength in building and managing product development teams. The resource should have broad experience designing, building, deploy, and monitoring large scale systems employing agile/lean development methodology.

The ideal candidate should be able to operate at the architecture level and at the same time able to build the solution and take it to production leading a lean engineering team.

Job Responsibilities:

Build a team around him to develop and maintain the product. Contribute to the design and architecture of our core platform.

Develop software delivery process based on the Agile principles. This includes: Scrum, Test Driven Development, Automated Testing, Continuous Integration and Automated Deployment.

Hands-on development of user stories. Generate consistent development velocity via your skills and by helping the rest of the team find efficient paths forward Deliver secure, efficient, high performing and stable code that meets business requirements. Mandatory Requirements: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field Experience designing and implementing real-time web applications on both front-end and back-end components. 4 years experience in software development with experience in Android applications, IOS applications and PHP back-end development Experience with micro-services, integration patterns and messaging technologies. Extensive experience with both SQL databases Agile Project Management
