Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct online research to identify and profile target prospects (contractors, subcontractors, architects)

• Build and maintain accurate lead lists and CRM records

• Make 250–300 outbound cold calls per day to decisionmakers

• Send personalized followup emails and LinkedIn messages

• Qualify leads by uncovering project scope, budget, and timeline

• Present service offerings clearly and persuade prospects to book consultations

• Handle objections and gatekeepers with professionalism and resilience

• Schedule discovery calls or inperson meetings for the estimating team

• Track and report daily call activity, lead status, and conversion metrics
