We are looking fident, organized, and proactive Personal Staff Officer (PSO) / Personal Assistant (PA) to provide high-level administrative and secretarial support to senior management. The ideal candidate should be well-groomed, professional, and capable of handling confidential matters with discretion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily schedules, appointments, and meetings for senior executives.

• Draft, review, and manage correspondence, emails, and official documents.

• Maintain records, files, and databases with accuracy and confidentiality.

• Coordinate business travel arrangements, itineraries, and logistics.

• Handle phone calls and communicate professionally on behalf of management.

• Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, and follow-up actions.

• Assist in personal and business tasks as required by the executive.

• Ensure smooth communication between departments and the executive office.

• Perform general office management and administrative duties.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.

• Experience: Minimum 2–5 years in a similar role (Executive Assistant / PA / Secretary / PSO).

• Skills:

  • Excellent verbal & written communication (English & Urdu).

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle pressure.

  • Presentable personality and professional attitude.
