We are seeking a talented and dedicated Accounts Assistant to join our team.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the day-to-day accounting operations
• Prepare and process invoices, credit notes, and receipts
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records
• Reconcile bank and supplier accounts
• Assist with the preparation of financial statements
• Prepare and file tax returns
• Handle petty cash and reconcile petty cash transactions
• Assist with the payroll process
• Respond to inquiries from clients and vendors
• Other accounting duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Bachelor\'s degree in Accounting or Finance
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
• Proficiency in accounting and Microsoft Excel
• Excellent organizational and analytical skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
