Job Description:

The Head of Sales & Marketing is responsible for leading the company’s sales and marketing operations by developing strategic plans, driving revenue growth, strengthening brand presence, and managing high-performing teams. This role requires strong leadership, analytical thinking, decision-making, and market understanding.

Key Responsibilities Sales Leadership

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company revenue targets.

  • Manage and lead the sales team, ensuring performance, motivation, and continuous skill development.

  • Identify new business opportunities, key accounts, and potential markets.

  • Set and monitor sales goals, KPIs, and performance metrics.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with major clients and partners.

  • Oversee pricing, negotiations, contracts, and deal closing activities.

Marketing Management

  • Develop marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and market reach.

  • Plan and oversee digital marketing, social media, advertising, and promotional campaigns.

  • Conduct market research to analyze consumer behavior, competitors, and market trends.

  • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels and communications.

  • Collaborate with creative teams for content development, product positioning, and design.

  • Manage marketing budgets and optimize campaign performance.

Strategic Planning & Business Growth

  • Set long-term business development plans in alignment with company objectives.

  • Identify new product opportunities, market segments, and growth strategies.

  • Analyze performance data and generate monthly/quarterly business reports.

  • Work closely with the CEO/Director to support business planning and decision-making.

Team Management

  • Lead, mentor, and develop teams in both sales and marketing functions.

  • Conduct performance evaluations and implement training programs.

  • Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Strong leadership and team management skills.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.

  • In-depth knowledge of sales forecasting, budgeting, and marketing analytics.

  • Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and CRM systems.

  • Strategic thinking with a results-driven mindset.

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

  • Strong customer relationship management skills.

Qualification & Experience

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.

  • Minimum 5-10 years of experience in Sales & Marketing roles, including.

  • Experience in the relevant industry (Manufacturing) is preferred.
